Well working with kids and going to school means a really hectic schedule. I just wanted to say I love your blog. I’m also a student and I know how difficult it can be to juggle it all. I miss my blog when I’m in school and can’t manage to write or read as much as I’d like to. The great this is that whenever some free time does pop up, my blog and the wonderful blogging community that I’ve slipped into is there waiting for me with open arms. It’s a great feeling.

I was surprised, but glad that Joanna was voted off. She was a better dancer than Donny and Kelly, but after I watched her total bitchiness this summer on Superstars (?) I couldn’t root for her.

Congrats on the new job, Sheri! And reconnecting with your sister is a good thing, especially if you’re wanting the same things (or mostly similar) out of the relationship. =) I really miss my siblings, but there’s not much I can do about it from halfway ’round the world… =)

I hope that you guys have a very good and relaxing holiday!

I’m just starting to gear up for my first real sport season ever. My oldest son is participating in YMCA basketball this year and will have practices and games each week. He’s done sports before, but this is the first year that he gets to participate in actual games/competitions. I’m very excited for him, but wonder what kind of chaos it’s going to bring to our lives with the practices and such.

I totally understand about the sister thing (and am so happy for you that you guys are making it work). I have two sisters: one I’m close to and one I’m not close to, and it makes holiday visits interesting, that’s for sure. Thankfully we all usually manage to pull it together and be civil and have fun for the holidays.

You’re still getting more accomplished than I am and I’m not nearly as busy as you! Congrats on your new job and all the other changes in your life. You deserve your break and I hope you will have time to relax.

That’s great to hear things are well with your sister. We have some similar situations that we’re hoping will improve someday. The door is open but right now we’re on very different paths.
