I think we got about an inch of rain that morning - the parking lots turned into lakes. Thankfully it stopped raining in the afternoon and we actually got to spend part of the party outside. It was like a reunion of all of my friends from the sixth grade, and they all have babies that are about 16 months old. I was the odd one out because my kids are so much older. It was pretty cool though because I hadn't seen them all in a long time (one friend I hadn't seen in 13 years). The jello cell is neat! One thing I never realized until becoming a parent is just how much homework I get to help with.
