I am obviously glad that Falcon in fact was safe, but it was devastating. We watched it while working at the station, and people were just so frightened for him.

I remember them from both wife swaps too. I didn’t know the connection when I first was watching the balloon. Then my husband called and told me. I remember the man being a huge hot head and definitely kookish.

So sad. And yes, we were definitely among many praying.

These people are media whores! They deserved to be punished! I’m sorry that their young children have to see their parents for what they are but come on! That poor kid kept vomiting during that interview because he wasn’t able to keep up with the lies.

Oh I definitely think they should be fined and/or imprisoned. It was obvious during an interview they did it as a hoax. The kid ratted them out, “We did it for the show!”

I agree with Lenore – the minute I heard that the boy had been hiding in the attic all along the entire story seemed contrived.

I totally agree with you! The tax dollars spent for this publicity stunt has me miffed. BUT….I must say that I never considered the positive side of the story: that numerous people chose to lift up prayers for this little boy. I think the entire family still needs prayer that they can begin to get their priorities in place.
