Introducing… “My Beautiful Baby” Contestants

It’s Time to Vote!  Meet Our Contestants…

This is Milou.  She’s a 13-year old Jack Russell Terrier.  Her Mommy says about her:

“Milou is very smart.  She had us trained in no time at all.  She definitely rules the roost, but we don’t complain because she’s so sweet and loving.”

Say Hello to Gypsy!  She’s a 12-year old Australian Sheppard Mix.  Her Mommy says about her wonderful adopted pet:

“My “baby” is more like a senior citizen, but she’s still awfully cute!”

Smile, it’s Bianca!  This model Pekingese is ”14ish.”  Her Mommy says about her wonderful adopted pet:

“I adopted Bianca a year and a half ago. It was love at first sight for me and her. My aunt brought her to a holiday party and she was looking to find her a good home. No one wanted to take her in because of her old age and her incontinence but I welcomed her with open arms!! Ever since she has been her she has been my little shadow!”

Check Out Moose!  This charming Lab-Mix is approximately 10 months old.  Her Mommy says about her wonderful adopted pet:

“We adopted Moose in November from a local rescue agency.  He was only estimated at 4 months old, and he had already lived in 4 different places.  We gave him a home, and he gave us the missing piece of our family puzzle.”

 It’s Time To Tango!  Tango is a 3-year old Welsh Corgiue/Dacshund.  His Mommy says about her wonderful adopted pet:

“We adopted him from a local shelter almost 2 years ago after his previous owners abandoned him. He is the sweetest, most loving dog in the world! I have to confess that we spoil him rotten :0).”

 

Meet Blue!  This 16-week old Beagle is Mommy’s pride and joy.  Her Blue-Mommy says about her this adorable pup:

“Blue is the sweetest, most headstrong puppy I’ve ever met.  She loves to play outside, eat carrots, and snuggle on my lap.”

It’s Nicky…  This handsome 7-year old boy is shorthaired domestic cat.  His Mommy says about him:

“He is the most vocal kitty, he talks to us all the time.  He is also very sweet-natured everybody just adores him.”

 

Brody is a Big Brother.  This regal 5-year old boy is a Golden Retriever/Yellow Labrador mix.  He is adopted and a very gentle doggie to his baby brother, Aaron.

Meet Merlin & Majic.  These Persian Mix babies are just a year old.  Their Mommy says about them:

“We adopted these two last summer.  They were dropped off at a dog shelter and they were so sick and so tiny.  They are wonderful balls of fluff and a great addition to our home.  Save a pet – a adopt a shelter animal!”

This is Kona!  She is a 15-year old German Shorthair.  Her Mommy says about her:

“Kona is having a hard time getting around these days as her back legs are giving out on her but she still insists on playing with her ball for a short time everyday.  When she was young she would play all day if we let her but now a days she runs after it a few times then says that she has had enough and goes in the house to rest in comfort on the downstairs love seat.”

You can’t resist Cubbie! This 6-month old is a “Chug” (a Chihuahua and Pug Mix). His Mommy says about him:

“HE is playful, loves to eat everything, and is a chewer!!! Cubbie is a Chug (Chihuahua pug mix) He was born around November 15th. My cousin adopted his sister and brother and my sister adopted his brother but when she went to get his brother he was the only one left so she bought him for us. We have loved him since we saw him.”

Cozy up with Tiger! This 10-month old is a domestic shorthaired tabby cat.  His Mommy says about him:

“Tiger is about 10 months old.  He was a stray kitten who adopted us when he ran through our garage and into our kitchen one morning, making himself at home in our house.  I always told my boys that we weren’t going to go out and search for a cat, but if a stray cat came to the house we could keep it.  Tiger was the answer to my seven-year-old son’s prayers.  Tiger likes to open doors and drawers.  This picture is of the first time I realized that he could open the kitchen towel drawer.  I just had to take a picture before I took him out of it.“

Nobody puts Baby in a corner! This adorable 8-year old is a Pomeranian whose  Mommy says about her:

“Baby really is our baby she was born on April 1st. which is April fools day. She is our little girl in a house of 3 boys.”

This “Raven” beauty is a curious little German Shephard puppy.   For those book bloggers out there… I bet you know just where to find out all the wonderful details about this precious pup!

You can’t help falling in love with Zoey! This picture-perfect English Bulldog is just around 6 months old.  Her Mommy says about her:

“The picture is of my English Bulldog, Zoey. She is 6 months old now, though the photo was taken when she was about 4 months (around Valentine’s Day). She absolutely loves the water, loves to snuggle and lay across our laps, especially when we’re trying to do anything productive, and is the world’s loudest snorer. Her favorite activity is eating and she loves to wrestle with her big doggie sister.”

I love Lucy! She’s jus the perfect little 6 month old Chihuahua. Her Mommy says about her:

“She’s a 6 month old Chihuahua and I got her the last day of January. She immediately became my best friend.  My sister says I should have called her Shadow because she follows me everywhere.  Any time somebody enters the room, she immediately turns on her back and demands a belly rub and she’s the sweetest girl ever.”

Meet the one and only Le-Le! He is a gorgeous 7 month old orange tabby cat.  His owner shares:

“LeLe is the most captivating animal I have ever had. I’ve been surrounded by many animals, but he has somehow got me completely wrapped around his furry little paw. There is never a night he doesn’t curl up on my chest while I fall asleep to his purring lullaby.“

Make room for Gracie! This precocious Pug is around 4 1/2 months old. Her Mommy shares:

“Gracie is as cute as can be but can be quite a bugger as well. She pretty much has 2 speeds, psychotic and asleep.”

 

This smile belongs to Ruby Barkles!  She’s a Toy Fox Terrier with nothing but smiles to share.  Her Mommy says:

“This picture is so typical of her…she’s the happiest, most fun-loving and energetic dog at the park.  She loves going to the dog beach, Greenies chews and her daddy!”

 

 

Beyond cuteness there’s Baela Noel! This little furball is a 3-month old Chow. This little one is just a pocket full of cuteness!

 

Our youngest contestant is Snowball!  This little baby is just 2 weeks old.  This fellow menagerie-keeper shares:

“Her name is snowball.  She is extra special because her mommy and daddy are black and she was born pure white in a batch of black kittens.  We had decided to give away all kittens because we have 5 children, 2 cats, & a lot of fish and decided we did not need anymore, but I fell in love on sight and have to keep her.”

 

Meet My-Oliver’s TWIN, Wicket!  He’s most likely a Maine Coon Cat, but also may be a Domestic Long-Haired God Among Cats.  His Mommy says:

“I have many cats, but I am submitting as my prettiest baby, Wicket (don’t tell the others). Wicket is 11 years old. We found him on the side of a highway, so we don’t really know his breed. He’s very needy; I haven’t had eight hours sleep in years, because he wants fed a couple of times in the night. Other than that, he’s very sweet and loves to come sit in my lap.”

Hangin’ out with King David!  This mixed-breed cat is 3 year’s old.  His Mommy shares:

“David is my baby, and king of the castle!  He was rescued by the Tualatin veterinary office here in Oregon, they fixed him up, he was born without working hips, and placed an ad on craigslist—he’s been with us for 2 years now and he’s turned our lives upside down!  He still can’t jump, he  has stairs to get on our bed, but he can still run around and find all kinds of trouble –and I wouldn’t have it any other way!”

I don’t know who’s bigger… Bella or her toy!  She’s a 13 week old “Chorkie”.  Her Mommy shares:

“Bella is a playful and wonderful puppy who has brought great joy to our lives.  She is full of energy but is still such a good girl.  I don’t know what we would do without her!”

Bear is going to kiss you!  This precious baby is a 7 week old German Shephard/Chocolate Labrador Retriever Mix.  This is a very special puppy and his owner shares:

“He’s is the most fantastic seizure alert dog ever! He is being trained to help me, and warns me when a seizure is about to come.”

Last, but not least, there is Luna!  This momma just had babies!  Her “human” shares:

“My Mom’s farm kitty just recently had kittens.  They just fully opened up their eyes over the weekend.  The kittens don’t have names just yet.  One is considered TJ now for Tigger Junior (my 4 year old cat is Tigger).”
