Spring and fall allergies can be rough, my son has them bad and has to take meds to keep them in control. I have allergies in early spring as well and I DO take a vitamin everyday. Ever since I was pregnant a few years ago, I've never stopped taking a daily vitamin, so that's not it! Mine are getting worse every year I feel like. Like you said, it feels like they turn into full blown colds! Just drink lots of fluids, that's what I do. It's definitely a time for reflecting on our blessings and all we've been blessed with because of God. Oh yeh, I'm a Survivor junkie. The old shows were still the best but I'm still hooked.
