American Idol: Who Blew You Away?

Applause Goes To…

There were a couple of stand-outs for me in Wednesday’s episode…

Adam Lambert

He did a GREAT job. I really loved his interpretation of the song as well as his different look. I haven’t been a huge fan of his, but I loved tonight’s performance.

Allison Iraheta

Baby Girl can SING! Papa Was a Rollin’ Stone was the PERFECT song for her! She blew the roof off with her version! Congrats.

Anoop Desai

He was really enjoyable to watch. His voice was sweet and I hope to see him another week.

I’m loving Kris too…. along with Adam who I think is making this season of Idol very interesting and exciting. Still like Danny too, but Adam is starting to steal the show I think.

Couldn’t stand Megan last night, even though she is our hometown girl!

Adam and Allison were my favorites too (Adam was my #1- by a mile). I also liked Danny. I really like Megan Joy as well although I know you don’t like her!! I like that goofy quality her voice has. Scott needs to go, followed by Michael and Matt. There, I’ve got the next 3 weeks all figured out!

I had to tape last nights but I’m happy to hear Adam did well. You know I was reading your B as in Beauty in my google reader but it’s gone when I come here. It was a really good review, sounded like a good book. Where’d it go?

While I do like Adam and i think he is amazing I LOVE Kris. And I though matt Giraud did a great job too. I think it should be Scott to go home. I am just not a fan.

I’m still a big Danny fan, but Adam was the most professional by far. My daughters also like Kris, better than Anoop. It was a great show last night!

i wish the other judges (all the ones besides Simon) would think up some new generic observations before the next show

I agree with you on all counts, Sheri. Adam and Allison were by far my favorites of the night…and I figured Michael and Meaghan would be in the bottom three. I love Danny and Lil – but their performances on Wednesday were just so-so for me.

I know she isn’t popular, but Megan is really my favourite. I really love her style. Both my husband and I do. I was so sad to see her go, and I know she’s not the best singer, but her music is the kind I love listening to. But how she said the wrong thing to Simon. That was a mistake.
