Technical Difficulties

I’ve heard from 3-4 people that they are having difficulty with the load up of my site. I’m going to be undergoing an upgrade to WP 2.7 in the next couple of weeks. I don’t know it that will solve it or not. I also removed ads from the site that were in flash mode. If you are having technical difficulties, would you please be so kind as to email me at anovelmenagerie@aol.com and let me know what system you are on… Mac or Windows and if you are high-speed or dial-up. My web-hosting folks need to know… and, I don’t want to lose any of you because my site is slow!

I use a PC with Firefox and it’s loading fine for me.

I use a PC with Firefox too and I haven’t had any problems either.

Mine’s a Mac and I have better luck on Firefox than I do on Safari (but I’m usually using Safari). I will have to start using Firefox when I visit.

One thing I’ve noticed about your site- when I click over from a direct link to one of your posts and then want to go to your Home page, I can’t get there. There isn’t a Home button, unless I’m blind and I’m missing it!

No problems here – I’m on a PC with Internet Explorer and a DSL.

Thanks for visiting and leaving such a nice comment about the parade photo. It’s very rare for me to have a picture turn out so good. For some reason, in pictures I’m usually talking or have my eyes closed. It was great to finally have one look decent!

Sher, I’ve been able to get on for the last few days with no problem, though I did have trouble earlier in the week.

FWIW, I’m on a PC with IE.

I really hate when stuff like this happens. I’ve never had trouble with your site. Hope all works out soon.
