I can’t believe that a week has gone by already!  Happy Sunday, everybody.

Contests & Memes: First, I want to get some “housekeeping” out of the way.  There are two contests that end today: Three Wishes and Losing Kei-Book Giveaway.  I can’t say enough about this book… so enter…  AND, as I’ve mentioned before, Doodlebug Designs rocks!  If you don’t need a header, perhaps a signature or a couple of badges?  She’ll work with you, I’m sure.   In any event, get those entries in!  In addition to the contests that are wrapping up, we have Love In the Tropics Contest that has just started.  This is a fun… chick-thing…. contest.  Check out the background of the contest, especially if you are a member of Early Birds Blog Tours.

BookCharming: Well, I have just finished updating our BookCharming.Com website.  It’s all ready for Holiday Shoppers to shop away!  I’ve got PayPal Cramp!  That’s when your arm dies from too much repetitive movement in installing a GAZILLION buttons for PayPal to work.  So, please check it out.  I had a show this week and they did very well.  Again, those teacher and care-giver gifts… you can’t beat these lovely gifts for under $10.  And, if you Buy Books For Christmas (as suggested in the campaign), this is the perfect stocking stuffer or accompaniment to the books.  OH… and, we have now added to our line ChainCharmers, looks for readers.  They are chains for around your neck to hold your reading glasses.  We are doing everything from gunmetal black to Sterling Silver and Swarvoski Crystals.

Book Reviews… well, I’m reading a ton.  But, all of the books that I am reading are for blog tours in which the posts won’t be out until a few weeks from now.  But, I am still reading away.  I’ll hopefully get a review in this upcoming week.

Personal:  Girls won one and lost one today.  That meant – THIRD PLACE OVERALL, Their division!  They earned their first trophies ever!  We had a full day of soccer and the subsequent pizza party.  We’ve had incredible fires the past couple of days.  The sky was just plain scary!  So, we’re also having Santa Ana Winds… this all equals me having allergies from hell!   Check out these photos!  Anyway, so I can’t breathe and my heart has been giving me some problems.  We scored a goal and I jumped up to clap and blacked out.  All I saw were stars and I fell flat on my face.  Then, after I realized I fell, I couldn’t get up.  It was like… “I’ve Fallen and I Can’t Get Up” and I needed the LifeAlert bracelet.  I did this in front of everybody on the field.  So graceful, huh?  I looked like such a dumbass!   I had grass everywhere… hair, clothes… places where it shouldn’t have gone!  Anyway, the after party was nice and it was even nicer to be home and put on my “fat pants!” (You know, the comfy pajama pants with the drawstrings on them!)  So, the allergy medicine that I took for my allergy attack (because of the wind and the smoke) knocked me out and now, in the middle of the night, I cannot sleep.  This time is as good as any to get my Sunday Salon done! 

Upcoming Stuff that I Need Your Prayers For:  I have some very important business meetings and personal decisions to make over the next few days.  Due to “legal stuff,” I can’t write about it.  But, just know that it has to do with the job situation and that I appreciate all of your extra prayers for Monday the 17th.  If you could pray that God sends angels to each side of me, above me and below me… to keep me safe and to protect my family… I would very much appreciate it.  I need each and every prayer that I can get.

Well, it’s 5am… time to try to go back to bed!
